First Day
Kick-off & Team Building
The first day marks the start of the hackathon journey. Participants register, connect, and form teams before diving into brainstorming sessions. With mentor support, they begin turning their ideas into clear concepts, setting the foundation for the prototyping phase.
Second Day
Prototyping & Development
Teams dedicate this day to transforming their ideas into tangible prototypes and refining their business models. Workshops on pitching, lean canvas, and financial modeling help strengthen their projects, while mentors provide personalized guidance as teams prepare for the final presentation.
Third Day
Pitch & Awards
Final prototypes are completed and rehearsed before being presented to the jury. Each team delivers their pitch, followed by jury deliberation. The event closes with the announcement of winners, awards ceremony, and networking.
